New Driving Licence proposals EU

THIS PROPOSAL PAPER from European Caravan Federation (ECF) sets out the argument for increasing the CategortB license limit for Motor Caravans to 4.25t perfectly.

The paper also contains some very interesting and useful information in its final two paragraphs referring to Caravanning as good for the climate and Caravanning tourism bringing an economic benefit of 23bn euros in turnover

Good to see some common sense. I never understood that in uk if you passed your car test in 1997 or before you could drive anything upto 7.5 tons but the 1998 and onwards lot were restricted to 3.5 tons.
