NI based ad on tv?

Has anyone seen the new advert for John Minnis estate agents on UTV?
it starts looking from Black Mountain down on Belfast, then to Titanic quarter. Some of the spots I don't get. Has any of you well travelled people got them all?

the place (looks like stangford lough) where the road appears to go onto an island past a castle? and the golf club by the beach? and the beach with the three white piles out in the sea?

Sounds like Daft Eddies on Strangford Lough, and Ringdufferin golf course up the road from it. Near Killyleagh.

daft eddies it is, checked on google earth. cant find a golf course in ringdufferin though

Have not seen the ad, but, the golf club at Ringdufferin has been closed for many years now.

I would venture a guess that it is likely to be the golf course on Mahee island which is close to Daft Eddies.

Ringdufferin was a very pretty wee nine hole course. Fab views and well kept.
