If you have pictures on your computer that you would like to post then..
1. Create an account on an image hosting website such as www.photobucket.com
2. Upload your photos to photobucket
3. Click on the picture in photobucket that you want to use and click the share button, you will find a sharing code under "forums"
4. Make a new post on here and copy and paste the code into your new post.
If you see a picture on the Internet that you would like to post...
1. Assuming you are using "Internet explorer" right click the picture and find the address of the picture.
2. create a new topic or post, Press the image button above (mountain), paste the address then click the button above again.
On both examples you should end up in your post with something that resembles this...
