Well after a smooth run down through France we arrived today in the Ardeche,
No bother with roads or farmers protests...
Weather here is cracking 30degs and sunny.. Sitting back relaxing with a beer or two!!

Hi Spatuladad we're staying in 'International camping' lovely site right next to the river less than 10 min walk to town plenty of shade and we're needing g it at the moment it's been 40degs+.
We stayed at Mondial last yr again very nice but a bit more money.

Arrived home today after 3 weeks of sunshine and a lovely trip... Just a word of warning to anyone visiting the area of Naziare DO NOT USE THE AIRES.
We stopped for a night on our way back up to Roscoff along with around 20 other MH in what looked like a lovely aire, I'll look up the details and post.
We were woken at 3am by whispering outside the van, sleeping in the over cab bed with the window open the missus woke me... After listening incase it was people returning to their van next door I decided to have a look. It wasn't next door but some one trying the door. With a 3.5yr old daughter in the van I decided opening the door wasn't the best idea. So shouted a few carefully chosen words....
I called the police who arrived in force within minutes they dragged a man fitting the description across the car park from the bushes and arrested him.
We decided to move on as even though there were other MHs parked not one person even opened their blinds tose what was going on and there may have been other people with the offender..
