Hi Bigfoot Bair & welcome to the forum..

I suggest you try T Cut or a product called Silkey which is available from most caravan / motorhome accessory shops.
It is a tub of paste.
Work on a small area at a time with a damp cloth, this will remove the oxidation/ dullness, remove with a clean cloth. Then you must use a good quality polish on it immediatly or you will lose all your hard work. Use a different cloth to put on and buff off for each process.

So, Small areas at a time with Silkey, polish those small areas as you go. When you have done a whole area or panel polish the whole area again to ensure there are no dead spots between the original small areas.

Same process for T Cut.
