Howth. Pier very busy

Hi folks.
I have gone to Howth several times recently. There were 22 campers there the other night. I notice that a couple of campers are there for a long stay/time, I would say for several weeks, in fact. One camper even has his motorcar beside his Camper for at least a week. No sure how they deal with toilet emptying etc, but in fairness there appears to be no problems. It's only a matter of time before restrictions are put in place, perhaps at a minimum, limit to 2/3 days at time if not a total 'no campervan parking' restriction.
I notice that German and French campers are also appearing there fairly regularly, (shorterm) and enjoying the facility, which is great to see.
There appears to be one old foreign? camper that is in my opinion is abandoned.

Is that the (I think) blue and white Italian one?

If so it was there in the middle of May.

Yea, that the one. The harbour master or staff drive up and down several times a day, so it isobvious to them that it is abandoned.
