No power to interior

I need help. My husband used to do all things associated with our motor home. Unfortunately it now falls on my shoulders
New leisure battery fitted 3 months ago. Used van only a few timer since tv fridge etc. Didn't plug in at any site. Yesterday alarm started to go off on control panel red light on and then compete shut down of all the interior lights, step etc No power at all. Could my leisure battery be done in all ready. Would welcome some advice on what to check. I am not technical. I have checked the fuses and all seem ok Can I plug in now to recharge

If you have not been on hook up since adding the new battery and haven't driven much distance it is possible just a case of charging.
Plugging into mains or driving are required to charge the batteries.

Hi Carmel.
I think your leisure battery should be okay, maybe you didn't drive it far enough to recharge.Try plugging it in. :up:

Hi I am in Tipperary. I had driven from Tipperary to Bundoran and had just arrived and watched tv for an hour or so when this happened
So returned home

Should have probably said it's a dethleffs globetrotter and we also have solar panels. Anyone out there who could talk my son through what to check in this model. Any help would be appreciated. I have it hooked up to mains at present but still nothing. Other thing which also happened I have no radio or cigarette charger either They cut out at the same time.

Radio and cigarette lighter usually come off the engine battery, TV etc off leisure so it could be just fuses, I would check firstly are all the battery terminals on correctly and tightly fitted, then check every fuse for the engine and cab part then the leisure part.

Sounds like a fuse or bad connection.
