Hi to all. Can anyone please tell me if there is anywhere to park overnight in Versailles? I'm loosely planning the early part of the holidays so just gathering information. As always, all info is greatly appreciated..........Hobey

Seen this on another site...

The Municipal site at Versailles, near the blue arch, no longer exists.
After a long hunt, including enquiries at the Fire Station, and following all the road signs, we found that the site has been closed and is now being used as a roadworks depot.

As I said, thank you for the replies. Pity there aren't more Craicers who toured or parked at Versailles. Or maybe there are but didn't bother to log in and contribute!
Anyway, I think I'll stay at St. Andre de l'eure aire and go in early next morning. €50 for Camping Huttopia is way steep so not for me. Thanks again for replies............Hobey
