turbo trouble

Hi all on last run out had to limp home no power.it is a 01 sprinter 2.7 cdi ,turbo not opening,
lever not jamed, just not opening any one had this problem before.and what cured it.

Turbo control solenoid under the air box.

Thanks for replay replaced it seems ok not a cheep item easy fix though
only 30 k does this give up often would it be advisable to carry a spare.

I've replaced quite a few. Never twice on the Same van though. You're welcome.
