Battery charging problems

My leisure battery is not charging from the altenator or the mains, no voltage at terminals when plugged in or with engine running. Anyone got any ideas or better still a wiring diagram. It's a Dethleffs Globetrotter on a 1999 Ducato chassis. Thanks.

All fuses check out OK, I'm trying to trace the cables back from the battery but without a wiring diagram it's not too easy. :(

Sounds like a relay to me, check under the bonnet for a retro fit relay it should click when the engine is started.
