Horn location?

Hi. Could anybody point me in the direction of where the horn might be located in a 1996 Fiat Ducato 1.9TD? I've had a look but can't spot it, so it may be in a wing or somewhere. Before the smart answers telling me to blow the horn and listen - it isn't working.

As an aside, this hasn't stopped me passing 3 DOE's in 2 different centres but I want to fix it. A streaky wiper on the passenger side did stop me, but that's a rant for another day!

Thanks in advance.

Mine was way down under the passenger headlight. You may find tho that its either the wiring on the steering column or the metal contacts in the steering wheel.
I ended up putting a horn from a scrapyard under the bonnet and wiring it directly to a push button.

Look to the LHS of Engine bay, below battery. They are two red and black snaillike horns, connected with seperate green and black wires.
Buy replacements from scrapper - i replaced mine with a old type horn - "haa - hooo-Ga" one but it only lasted a year.

Different chassis to yours Fergal, on niall s it's hidden out of sight below the headlight and in the bumper skin upper area.
