Fiamma have a map of their agents on line

http://www.fiamma.com/EN/service/dealers/

For the South or of course you could try Hagans or Donaghey who help to support the site

The centre pole is usually a extra so doesn't normally come with it, most of us I would guess don't have one

well maybe th springs on the arm is gone weak or something but when the wind blocker goes on the awning moves in and out so i assume the thing would be for that reason!
