Pace 1000 sky box problem

Having a problem with my Pace 1000 sky box, not switching on red light should turn to green but it seems to have froze. Any idea what might be wrong or where to get a replacement. :up:

Have you tried using the buttons on the box rather than the remote to see if it is the box that is the problem?

I should have one tucked away somewhere if you don't get yours fixed.

Yeah Mark tried the remote and buttons hadnt been used over
the winter months. It went for about an hour and then
just switched off.

bring it into the house and keep near a warm radiator for a few hours just in case a bit of damp has got into it
