For a while I have been having trouble with my Thetford 360 Cassette Toilet not holding water in the bowl. I replaced the rubber seal last October and still not successful. I telephone Thetford on Monday about this to find a solution and they said to leave it with them. I received today a complete new holding tank mech unit to replace the one I have. Is that not excellent service?
