Heos Waterfiller Cap

Bought the new style Heos water filler cap (for vented or unvented tanks) from these people and even with P&P added (£3.95) was the cheapest I could find. Prompt and efficient to deal with too.

No more standing around, holding the hose, regulating the water pressure, splash backs etc whilst the 100+ litre water tank gets filled!

That's a great price!

They are great, I use one but it was home made from an old cap that wouldn't lock anymore.

I must get round to getting gone of those as I hate having to stand holding the hose in place

I have considered buying me of these a few times but never have.

I have a short section of hose which is only used for filling. It splips into the filler about 40cms and works fine.
I can go off and do other jobs.

Hessy has the two locking lugs instead of the three as this one shows - but how do you stop it overflowing or do you let it fill until the overflow pipes run out?
Is there an auto shut off or just by guess time? There are some units with an auto shut off like the caravans?
thanks

I bought one of these as well and find it extremely useful. It doesn't shut off automatically, it overflows when full but if you're alert you can hear when it's nearly full! There are some caps that have auto shut off but I think the filler connection it a different type.
