we heading south of La Rochelle , anywhere as long as the sun is out

then across to Disneyland for couple nights for the 2 kids, then back up towards Cherbourg via Pontorson

Consider calling at Puy-Du-Fou, brilliant for both adults and kids, there is a large Aires there as well, lots of space for parking, another place worth a visit is Futurescope.
