New to toshiba 24'! Telly

Just bought a new tele in Tesco. Connected to cable, through the box, but could get no stations, despite several auto scan. I then connected directly to a co-ax connection, and got plenty of stations, but most-not all- have 'lock' symbol and gives no access to a picture. I can get a couple of station that have no lock symbol. My cable system is UPC
Any advice pl..

Normally I find these just load the stations, but this one is not.

Ok, TVs mark. I got it sorted. I simple had the wrong source on rather than AV.

I bought a Bush 24 Inch HD Ready Smart LED TV/DVD Combi from Argos for my Adria (fits perfectly in the alcove above the fridge). It's a great size for the camper. I didn't have a Saorview box so didn't have high hopes on arrival at Camac Valley. Plugged it in at Camac, retuned and was delighted to get the RTE, TV & TG channels in excellent quality.
