I bought the one with built in satelite but is identical in every other way. They use very little juice and have a really good picture. A 22" screen with just 17w draw.

Yes the cello traveller range all operate on 12v, I have the 19" version and it does away with a separate satellite box as it's all built in. Has a good picture although the sound is a bit thin but what do you expect from such a small set of speakers.

I would think a lot of folk will go down that route with the built in Sat box.

Thanks for that.
No experience in this area.
Does the price seem ok?
I am hoping that you say it is very dear

12 volt TV is usually more expensive anyway.
For a 12 volt TV with built satellite receiver I would say not a bad price.

A decent free to air sat receiver is about £40

can I just ask if it came with a 12 volt and 220 volt power lead?

and what does a 12 volt power cable look like?
is it a cigarette lighter plug type?

It came with a 12v lead which had a cigarette style plug on one end and a transformer with 3pin plug to use on 240v, both had a small laptop style plug which went into the TV.

Don't do what I did!
On our way back from Vantastical we called into power city in Dublin, looked at the tv's on display and found a walker 19",240v with a 12v transformer on the lead so thought this is perfect, just cut off the transformer and I had 12v Tv. Anyway we bought the tv drove over 200km home to discover that the new one in the box had no external transformer

hi.
thinking of getting this tv
but unsure that it will fit in the space that we have.
any chance that you could measure the width for me please
I mean the full tv width rather than the screen width
