I can just imagine someone buying that to live on and then being told they can't have planning permission.

I'm nearly Sure that it'll be Classed as a Special Area of Conservation,so building might be a No No.
Although with Ruins on it,maybe a Sympathetic Restoration on a Building could be Possible.
