Can't tell you as I have a different van but the easy way is to look at the weight distribution for each axle ( usually found on the door post) and apply those figures to this table.

If you want to fine tune the figures then take your van, loaded as for your normal trips away, to one of the free self service weigh bridges dotted around the North eg, Toomebridge, Lisburn, etc.
If you are in the South I am sure you could locate a local one, then apply the new axle weights to the table.
