we are of down the west coast of Ireland on Friday, for two week's.wondered if any one know's of good sea food restaurants!

Hi Pat,VAUGHANS LISCANNOR near The Cliffs of Moher
Heading there today can't wait.L'Escale is in Schull on
The Peir always stop here, it is a Chip Shop but is Very good
Lobster Calamari etc All ways a Port of Call.Mcdonaghs in Galway
Another Chipper but varied Menu and Sit in near Jury's Hotel.
OOTB Out of The Blue Dingle Fish only Resturant behind Main Car Park
At Harbour..All 10/10 in my experience's thnx Barry

If you are as far west as Achill Island there is an excellent sea food restaurant called The Chalet in Keel. We had an excellent meal there :)

Also not far from that restaurant - like across and up the road - there is a man who goes out in his boat every day and sells whatever he catches. The choice may be limited but whatever you buy from him has just been caught an hour or two earlier. Can't remember his name but if you ask anyone they will tell you.

The Long Dock in Carrigaholt, Co Clare, O Neills The Point, Renard , next to ferry for Valentia Island , Kerry, No chips, desserts or credit cards, great spot, QC'S Caherciveen , I'm getting hungry thinking about it!
