Thetford cassete toilet

I have a thetford 250 cassete toilet in the van and the red light keeps flashing I can't get it to stop I think it is a warning light that the cassete is full which it isn't it was working ok and the green light came on when using it but now it is flashing red when flushing

The red light means its full,there is a little float inside maybe it is stuck in the up position,or you may have a bad connection.
