I am fairly certain that a Craicer who stayed over the weekend had the same awning so hopefully they will be able to reply.
I see that it is a discontinued product now. this was all I got when searching but I fingered the bit about needs a figure of 8 fixing may be relevant to you.
185T Polyester material
2500mm Water Column
Rear Tunnel 90cm Depth, curtains onto van using figure of 8 fixing (not included)
Front panel can be zipped out
Side panels are fitted with a door
Rear Panel Zip and roll up panel for easy access to the motorhome
Galvanised Steel Frame
Colour : Blue/Grey
Fitted with storm straps for increased stability
To fit motorhomes up to 275cm in height
Length : 3.65m
Width : 2.85m
Height : 1.95m & 2.15m
Weight : 21.4kg

I did see this reply on a UK forum again it may not help - sorry.
I have just got a Royal Kensington awning for my auto-trail arapaho.I tried it out the other night and I seem to have a large opening down each side.I am using the figure of eight track and clipping it onto the wind out canopy and the retracting the canopy until the top section is taught. The side sections of the tunnel taper away from top to bottom by around 8-10 inches.

has anyone had a similar problem and if so how did you sort it. Confused

many thanks

This is the awning that i have for Hessy.
The piping that attaches to the motorhome rail i persisted to install a length of coaxial cablng inside the webbing that is part of the awning.
A significant amount of elbow grease, and oil as a lub and i got it through.
I intend purchasing the figure 8 attachment but for now i push the piped web into the groove and it holds for heavy rain and most winds. To take off i just ease it out of the groove.
It was significant to withstand the heavy rain two weeks ago - but the main awning roof wasnt and ended up with a sunroof :'( :o :'( and some bent poles :'( :o

A couple of days with needed and internal rods doen the poles got that sorted

Its a good awning and handy to use, mark the poles colour coded when you have it up and it shouldnt take u too long the next time
