Indeed some sort of moisture removal is a wise move...it does look like a good product. This is the one I'm currently using and it is sized roughly the distance from a home bathroom door handle to the carpet.

Looks like a good one as well

The one I use at the moment Is just the crystals which turn to water, not good if your driving around with it in the van.

That looks another good solution too.....HOWEVER......some of these dehumidifying products use a material that is carcenogenic when it becomes dusty.....that is what prompted me to go for the food grade Super Dri Pole.

Tom,

I've used that very one.... not great. Having an older van we always have a couple of dehumidifiers at all times, one on the shelf above the door, one in the bathroom. The best we have found are called '151 interior dehumidifier', i normally buy them on ebay for a couple of pounds (normally buy 10 at a go), when you first put them in you would think it isnt working and then after about a week it is amazing.

Although we bought an electrical dehumidifier and we plug it in whilst in the driveway for a couple of days each month.

at the moment I'm like you, I use the crystals the ones that lidl or aldi have there fairly ok but give off a chemical smell sometimes. :-) :-)
