Those who have external screens, do you use them all year round or just on the colder days? do you use them when the MH is parked up to help keep the condensation down?

As you know I have only got a set recently.
We have been using them when at home as well as when using the van. It must be helping a bit.

I might take them to France this summer at help keep the heat out of it is anything like last year.

Hire a Motorhome in 2009 and it had internal screens, they made a hell of a difference when the sun was beating down.

Think I'll try mine (external) at home and see if they help. Are they quite weather proof? do they take a bit of abuse?

Must say after trying the external silver screens out last weekend at Broughshane Aires they are pretty amazing! The glass is not even cold to the touch.
