Join the camping and caravan club for £40 a year and get a brilliant park in the middle of the town

We have stayed the last two years for the show and quite a few times since in the seafront carpark at the top of the town, beside the slieve donard hotel.probably not suitable for vans over 6m unless you get a space to overhang something other than the footpath.
We have never had any issues here.
Apparently the enforcement officers like you be inside the lines.
Hope this helps.steven..

Hi all,
I emailed DRD to find out about parking in Newcastle for the Airshow, this is their helpful reply.

Nick

This year Down District Council have allocated parking spaces for motor homes visiting the display. If you are arriving on the Friday you can park in the higher Donard park. This is available on the Friday and Saturday night to allow visitors to take in the three days of entertainment. If you only wish to come on the Saturday parking for motor homes will be in the South Eastern Regional College. Signs will be in place to direct you to the parks.
I hope this information is helpful to you. If you require any more information please contact me.

Regards
