Heading down that way in a couple of weeks. I take it we have to trailblaze and review our findings.

Not sure about arklow, but Graystones car park is only 30 minute away from arklow,
Can park there no bother and a nice bar beside you

How ya roger - this famous pub is a few miles north of arklow on main road. It's used by safenightsireland. And as we all know if you mention you intend to have a meal etc there's never any charge. Great food and ample parking.

On the coastroad between Arklow and Brittas Bay there is parking beside the beach and its free.Further along this road there is more parking along the road. Its nice and quiet but on a stormy night they can be a bit exposed. The road has the Arklow Bay Hotel on it so head for that and continue on.There are no pubs etc near but on your way down after the Beehive pub there is a place called the Tap which is nice and its about 10 mins from those stopovers.
