According this they do accommodate motorhome overnight parking but that was 2009. As per what that guy did, my advice would be to contact the park directly and ask them.

A few years ago we were allowed to stay overnight in the car park as he had bought tickets. Best check with them now and see in case their policy has changed.

We are heading there in summer and are booked into Amereden campsite approx 10 minutes away. I did hear of people parking at legoland in the staff carpark but don't know how accurate this is - would also be interested in knowing

I was there last week and did not notice any motorhomes spaces, however if you are touring we took the kids to Drayton manor (Thomas land) and they have a large motorhome parking area, grassed parking spots, looked nice. ps we were not in the motorhome.

thanks daydream, we are not touring the area as such just making a detour on way to france. we have booked Amerden campsite after another recommendation from MH craicer. 25euro per night and a short 15minutes from legoland. Thomasland would be too uncool for a 10 year old im afraid.

Incidently the campsite is a 1 mile walk along the thames to eton riverside train station which allows direct access to London paddington every 30mins for the price of £31.40 for a family off peak rail/tube card allowing an easy day trip into London.
