Storage box

 ·

In the uk there is a firm that retro fits a beeny box into the side skirts of a motor home. I intended to get one done but ran out of time is there anywhere in Ireland that does the same? Just looking for just that little bit more storage. No room for a back box and I suspect if I used a roof box I would forget what I had put in it.
Thanks in advance.
Jamie

There is a firm in Cornwall that make/install them www.beenybox.co.uk if you click the link you'll see what they look like.
P.S. Even though I come from Cornwall I have no connection what so ever with this firm.
I simply want something similar and thought that there would be someone in Ireland that does similar as there tends to be a lot of wasted space on a number of motor homes.

I though Beeny Box had a depot some years ago somewhere in the Dublin area or at least an agent.m

I posted about them back in 2011, didn't get any response then. forum/topic.php?t=158

Would like to get some of these myself, I wonder can we order and get someone else to fit them? they seem to know models of Motorhomes well so they should know what box fits what MH. I'll maybe enquire with them.

Does this type of system not encourage everyone to carry around more stuff than they need or even use. We are probably all guilty of it now without adding extra space.

It would enable me to put wet stuff outside the van, ramps, leads, matts etc, so carrying no more than I would normally.

I see there is a cheaper version here:

Genie Drawers

Going by some of those photo's I reckon I could make those myself without to much trouble.
