I recently used Anchor point motorhomes in Birdhill for a problem with my awning (which has been scrapped unfortunately due to the damage caused to the bus as all 5 meters of it came flying off :whistle: ) I didn't post about the experience here at the time because I was absolutely blown away by the final bill which ran into multiples of thousands of euros. Now, I gave the guy a very loose rope and having not that long ago bought the RV I basically asked him to give it a once over in all areas and sort out my TV 's with some kind of Irish reception. There was no specific job list. There was a sour enough taste in my mouth at the time of collection. Over the next few days in the bus I realised just where his 30 hours at €52 an hour had gone and frankly how many things him and his team had actually fixed and sorted out - some of which may have been catastrophic in time.
Anyway, in a long winded way and after a long period of time taken to digest both the work and the bill, I couldn't recommend
Anchorpoint more highly for service, quality of work & mechanical expertise ( on an odd ball yoke ). One thing I would suggest is that you specify the work you want done & keep the lines of communication very open while he has your machine!
