If you add your location to your profile you will get better response regarding to local suppliers.

You won't get a BP cylinder in NI as all garages sell either calor or Flogas, afaik Flogas do not do a lightweight bottle. I had the lightweight 6kg calor until I put in a refillable system, but never had a problem getting lightweight refills

Location simple means a county not your exact address.

Can't say I have heard that saying! You must be from the other end of the Country. I usually don't reply to posts that people don't give a general location, no point in giving advice about Kerry, if the poster asking for assistance is in Derry.

Snowbirds, as has been said by both Pat and Hunters, if you filled in your "general" location it helps everyone to supply you with more regional specific information, after all there are some differences in calor bottles and their availability between north and south. Suggesting this does not make anyone a fool, we are only responding in kind and trying to help with answers to your question.

I don't know what you are doing on the site, you seem to have all of the answers!

Getting back to your original question.
I personally never heard of a 9kg calor lightweight bottle. I know there is a 6kg lightweight.

Where did you get the information on the 9kg?

There is no such thing as a 9 kg Calor cylinder.
