Hi just returned from our first trip ever to Ireland spent about 11 days around Inishowen Peninsula and then on our return towards Larne had a look around the north coast. Spent our first ever wild camping night in Buncrana Tourist Info office. Very helpful lady in there gave us loads of advice about the area. Then spent two nights at Tullagh Bay the left side of the bay had it all to ourselves it was lovely, walks along the beach there, beautiful. Next night was spent at the Seaview Tavern Ballygorman, lovely people, good draught Guinness and great food and they where happy to let us overnight in their sheltered carpark. The last 3 nights spent on a Caravan Club CL site enabled us to empty our very full cassette That was 1 of the things we found problematic whilst wild camping, you are limited by the amount of waste you produce Visited Giants Causeway and Bushmill Distillery and did lots of cliff walking. So all in all greeeeaaat. Oh did,nt see many motorhomes ????
