The Avtex are big money, but a cheaper option is the Cello 19"Traveller which has built in DVD, satellite box and hd tv. I have one and find it to be good enough for the MH, the sound isnt what you would expect from a home tv but adequate enough.
Are you thinking of a tripod satellite system?
They are the best price but take a bit of time setting up each time you move. It isn't feasible to use one if you are wild camping/ parking overnight.
