Can anyone give me a number for someone to assist me. The pilot light on the truma gas heater does not work and the boiler, although the red light stays on, does not heat the water, can anyone help me please?

Have you used your water heater before or is this your first, have you got enough water in your system as you may have an airlock also open the drain plug on the heater and run the taps to make sure your system is full, plus check your gas is on at the heater,if all this is ok try heating your water from your mains elect
the motor home has not been in use for a year every thing worked ok untill now it has always been run on half a tank of water. thank you soooo much i will try what you have said finger's crossed

Truma boilers have a master reset button on the side of them which is under a small sliding flap, you could try that. I would post a picture of where it is and what it looks like but i would have to dismantle the bed to get at it.
