Been using this https://justgetflux.com/ it adjusts your computer screen brightness to suit the hours of the day. It has made a big difference to my eyes.

I have a panasonic tv that has an auto facility that drives me mad. At night when you adjust the volume........the picture brightens.........and it makes night scenes better.........but when the volume indicator disappears.......it darkens. Have tried everything to get normal pic but failed. 🇧🇭
