I would like to share with you all the great news ...MY CAST IS OFF!
I am over joyed. I am in a walking boot and still have the crutches but oh boy off to the physio in the morning and by hook or by crook I will be normal for Vantastival!

An hour at the physio today on day one post cast removal. My foot is shattered and slightly protesting since! But I am determined to get this over with ASAP so I am a little lamb and doing what I am told (for once! :devil: ).
