There was some very dusty rain over the weekend so anyone with a solar panel should have a look at it for dirt covering panel surface

My screens were filthy on Monday when I took them off.

and you all laughed at the state of my van on sunday morning (afternoon!)

With the rain we had last night i dont think there will be a problem

I wasn't aware tgT the rain had any effect on solar panels? Although I saw a ckeaner recently somewhere for solar panels.

I don't think he meant the rain caused problems,I thing he meant the rain may have cleaned it :up:

It wasn't the rain, it was the sand deposit. Apparently we had sand fall on us from the Saharan desert. If you saw the state of my van on Sunday morning you would have thought some bugger had tried to make a sand castle out of it.

There would have been a layer of it on the solar panels, but the heavy rain last night would have washed it off
