Seen this on bakebook....

Quote
Just picked up the special buys leaflet from Aldi. Lots of caravan/MH goodies in store from next thursday 27th March - caravan cleaner, black streak cleaner, blue toilet fluid, power supply cables, tent pegs to name a few. 2 litres of blue fluid for £7.99 , think I'll be stocking up on that

Dave: get me four bottles of blue please :)

you could stop at the Aldi in Dundalk on the way to Howth and get it yourself

I could.... but Dave passes an Aldi on the way onto the Motorway and I would need to leave the Motorway - I am sure he will either say "get it yourself" or "ok" on here shortly :)

The Aldi blue is great stuff by the way!!

This week Aldi has long sleeved garden gloves with elastic at the elbows. Very handy if you have to change a wheel in dirty conditions. Well worth E5.99.

It works in our house, I send swmbo to the shops and she brings stuff home

It's a hell of a lot cheaper if my wife stays at home and I do the shopping

Aldi now take credit cards,

Not sure about debit cards from the north,

But I used my debit card when in USA 2 years back with no probs so they may work in aldi, bring a few euro just in case :(

Wouldn`t take our credit or debit cards last year. went across the road to an ATM to get cash next time I`ll just walk away and leave the goods, we all talk about MHs taking trade into the towns but the shops need to make the effort as well.

As far as I know they have only started to take cards since the start of this year,

I would have walked away aswell and left the goods :police:
