East Coast Campers around Inch could have a squint at it perhaps.

 First i would check all the joints - are there any deformities, rubbers missing - anywhere it has been hit.

:bash: Check the condition of all rubber seals - joins, windows, roof lights, wheel arches, water run offs.
Check the drainage of the sink, showers, water storage and waste tanks. :bash:

Go to a Property letting agent or house sales place- give them a £5 er and ask to borrow their moisture meter, strip out the unit - totally - everything that is held in by two screws and start prodding the walls, floor areas till you find the extent of the moisture and perhaps the source could be found? :o Remember where everything went that you stripped out - photo - phone video etc :-)

That should take a Saturday up and thereafter if no joy 🇧🇭 - go get help!

There have been reports on other inferior forums of some swifts having damp issues around the floor area, some of these have been rectified by Swift in full or with a contribution towards the cost.

Thats' Willie Mulcrone from Lattin, Co Tipperary, Marty!
He is only five miles from me and we are a hell of a long way from Wexford. I don't know him but I believe he does excellent work.

Thanks for all the replies Hessy Hymer wants to keep me busy for the weekend. Well I have another problem while looking around inside the motorhome for any sines of dampness and found non. The electric switch for the step was hanging out by the wires as there was a fault the step would extend out ok but would not retract unless I pressed the wires at the back I pulled the wires off the switch took note of the colors and order but there are 5 spades on the switch and 4 wires. Now 3 of the wires are ok they are on number 1,2and5 spades from left to right the one that goes on 3rd or 4th the 2nd and 4th are linked together when I put the wire on the 4th got a little flash may have blown a fuse where would I find it has anyone got a wiring diagram.
Thank Sean 🇧🇭

Oh Aye = <_< :thx: :P
I'm keeping you busy :-| :fgrin:
You drop a query and we attempt to assist you :o , give u a few £ cheaper ideas
And you drop a slagger
East coast? I thought and said as they are in the area. Personally - i drove 5 hours to see a piece of Sh*te advertised as a feasible Hymer in this yard? For the scrap heap - it was a waste of my time, diesel and attention. And they were surprised i put on a boiler suit and grabbed my test equipment for a onsite MOT. :sorry: :stupid:
Lets say - if jackanory requires a new author:-)
But his mechanic never stopped working the whole time i was there ;-)

As a motorhome owner Sean - the supple egress of necessitating participation, attention and requirement for a damp-free slumber, crystal clear satellite TV, cold cans of liquid gold and a happy family at rest will soon dawn and draw your freetime and therein make your weekends away = AWESOME :* :-) When it all works= great
:sorry: Get stuck in and learn your motor inside out.

Mine is 03 and has a fuse box each side of the dash behind two screwed on panels. But I would think an electric step would be in the habitation fuses not the vans.

Thanks Ally have checked all fuses in habitation area but reading other forums it's most likely under the bonnet some where near fridge relay.
