Ducato inner wheel arch rust

The inner wheel arch on my Ducato camper has rusted and I'm due to have it tested in a couple of weeks. As far as I can make out it is not structural, it is the area around the large grommet that's affected.
I'm afraid it may fail the test so need to get some thing done with it. Does anyone have a recommendation in the Cork area where I can get it welded ?

I'm not a body's hop expert but if it's not structural then would it not be easier to replace the complete bit, as some vehicles have bolt on ones

Good advice from someone who's not an expert at disco dancing. I never mastered the moves in body hop either :bandit:

There are a few Corkonians on here, I'm sure they'll know of somewhere that can patch the inner wing.
