Overnight Stopover needed near to Belfast ferries

Hi,
I am travelling to Ireland via Belfast in May.
I'm not a good traveller on the ferry but as sole driver of the motorhome I will need to at least drive off.
Can I stay overnight in ferry terminal?
If not , any advice for nearest stopover please?
