There is seat belt capacity for four persons in my camper is possible to safely add another one

I would refer to your log book which refers to the number of occupants - so it may be voiding your insurance/legal etc if other safety devices are installed.
There may also be the requirement to "justify" the attachments - loading and stress rating etc?

IMO - Too many legal implications
