Is it possible to get a 12v security light with pir for a motorhome I would find it useful on the lake shore at night when you would approach the motorhome it would come on it would good for security purposes as well

I have a couple of solar ones with 18 LED's in them.

You could make any light PIR by adding a PIR to the existing awning light and leaving switched on I would imagine.

Some sensors here and full lights in 12 volt here - http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/12v-motion-sensor

I'm almost sure that a Ring makes one for a Motorhome with a PIR built in and runs from the battery.

Yeah FC that was the one that was fitted on an IH Motorhome that I had or maybe it was the Bucaneer. It was one or other but don't put a pressure wash near it or it won't work.
