It is so quite I reckon everyone is filling water tanks, making up bed, stocking fridges ready for off tomorrow?

Lists made, stew stewing, Paul outside pottering- one more sleep!

Yes and I am delighted with them - first try out proper this weekend.
The TV room is small so we will have to sit on each others laps for the rugby on Sat unless the pub opens for us. It is all part of the craic though.

I hope we won't be cold in the common room. It has radiators and I have a small electric heater.

I did have half a plan to drop up, but I don't think I can make it now. :'(

The last storm took out an old caravan in my folks place down in Crosshaven and it literally exploded, bits of it everywhere. There's a big clean up exercise planned for Saturday (weather permitting).

And my daughters 13th birthday is on Sunday.

But who knows, I'll do my best to try to call over. If ye see a big ol' noisy bike putting through the site, ye'll know tis only me.. 8-)

Mother nature turned this nice little Shannon caravan -

Into this -

It didn't help that our neighbour recently cleared away all of the vegetation on the windward side of our garden. Mother nature's fury made light work of the frail old caravan.

The entire roof and off side wall landed 500 yds away in another neighbours garden. :(

Yeah, my folks used it for storage so there was all sorts of stuff in there.

The worst part of it though is the glass wool insulation that was in the walls of the caravan. That bloody stuff went everywhere.

This happened my folks caravan when we were young. The only consolation was we didn't have to go back to Bundoran again.
