Watched it, basically no information on them doing us any harm. The guy from cancer research says they are hundreds of times better for you then ciggy's. That's good enough for me.

:P

Of course, but 4000 less chemicals. If you ain't going to give up the ciggies then they are a far better option.

I am now on 10mg of Nicotine and started of on 24mg - working for me. I will be off it in the first 6 months of this year.

What are the odds of Ally being off the E cig before Blag gets on the road with his RV?

It may be 4000 less chemicals but its still a chemical. 50-60 years ago they said similar things about cigarettes, for me the jury is still out, but if it helps then its the better option

Ah FC a recent research medical journal said that more people are successful at giving up altogether using e-cigs than any other method... so Ally go for it my friend!

Now they did say they could not say it was better then cigs but if it helps people quit then I am all behind it.

I have researched it and I am happy :)

It is nicotine with two other very harmless chemicals. Yes nicotine is a very harmful chemical and can kill if overdosed with very tiny amounts. But it is only a minute percentage of what you are inhaling and less than most ciggarettes.

Obviously best to stay of it, but then it's best to stay of cakes, sweets, red meat, fat milk, Coke, white bread, beer, wine................ need I go on :)

So Have I, Siobhan!
Moving the bales depends on what kind of a spring we will get. :D

Let's hope and pray that farmers don't need as much hay this spring as last spring. So Pat it depends on the weather wether er see your jeep or not and that's ok. At least it's cosy and warm behind all those bales.

There is a back door Jack, but i think it would be nearly easier to move the hay, they were put in from the hay end!
