Update on inability to log-in on iPAD aIR

Folks,
I cannot find my old thread- I submitted it about 3 weeks ago,. The problem was that I got an iPad Air from Christmas, but I could not log-in to MHCraic under any circumstances. I can log in on my PC- as I am right now- but still cannot log in on iPad.
I last left the subject saying I would await my son's efforts to find a solution, but as of tonight he can see no reason to explain the inability to log-in.
So, I cannot solve the problem!! I might pursue the issue with Apple User-Helper. For the moment it is frustrating. I might add that MHCraic is the only log-in problem I am aware of currently.

Hi Ally, Tks for locating the original. I had already tried most of the suggestions. I deleted cookies earlier this evening, but still no success. I will try rebooting etc.

Let me know how you get on and remember to delete cookies from ALL of your devices including the PC.

Hi folks. Success eventually. For whatever reason if I use Google Chrome I am able to login and view the subscribe. area. So all is now in order. TSS for help. (Somebody suggested trying Chrome earlier so did was the trigger)

Glad you got sorted :up:

Just can't beat Chrome, and that advice goes to anyone with a PC also, Internet Explorer is rubbish! use Chrome or Firefox.

I'm using Safari on my iPad ios7 no problems.

We'll I was using Safari and I only had the problem when I tried to log in on MHC, so IReally cannot say why/what the technical problem is. Anyway, matter sorted'!!
