Any body know of a way to watch certain video clips on iPad,
Says flash player required but when I try and get flash player it's not supported by pad/apple

Jack, what iPad have you and what browser do you use?

Try searching AppStore for photon Browser.
I have never bothered with it myself but have heard of it being used to play flash files.

I've got an iPad 3 and use Safari browser and I can see the clips posted in here without any difficulty. Don't ask me how I just can.

There is difference between videos and flash animations.

Safari cannot play flash.

Clips here are mostly hosted on YouTube. It doesn't run on flash. Hence you'll see almost all Jack.

None of the apps really work too well tbh - all of em can be flaky. Of it's the likes of the rte/ch4/BBC player that you're trying to watch on their SITES, you can't on an ipad - go to App Store and download each organisations app for same!

It's the biggest problem with iPads, things were/are supposed to change with the html5 sites but they are slow at changing over.
