I was at the Holiday Show in the King Hall, Belfast this afternoon. I saw an interesting bit of kit the Eurotrike 150 for the motorhomer. You can drive it on a car licence. Have a lol at it at www.eurotrike150.com
I think you'll be impressed. I am very tempted.

Yeah Mark I was very impressed but I need to sell my Honda 110 first and also work on Liz and convince her. Trying to tell her we wouldn't need to tow a trailer with the 2CV to France but at the moment she's not buying into it as she likes going around in the Dolly in France with the hood back. We will see.

It's around £3,000 quid but I would imagine there would be discount. It's a guy from Kerry that was showing it so not sure how much in euros.

Waterman now come on? Do you not think the Eurotrike would be exciting? I wouldn't sell Dolly tho.

Well, no. Not when compared to a 2CV touring Caves and pretty French women villages. When I was a young fella I wanted to buy a 2CV. I could afford the car but not the insurance, so I never did :(

At the end of the day it's still a motorbike and not as comfortable as the 2cv, I know which Angela would prefer and it isn't two wheeled transport. Having a scooter with you to nip to the shops or whatever is one thing but for serious touring about the car is better and this is from a diehard biker !!!!

But you are still sitting as per a two wheeled version and is small and hard to see just like a scooter or motorbike, how do you carry all the cases of wine you will buy when at the shops!

Dont fall for the sales line "its got a roof like a car", its still a wobbly trike from a not so well known manufacturer. How many dealers in Ireland, UK or Europe to get back up from

If you really want a trike then what about one of these

Would that be a proper bike now? Or a pretend one? I tried to post a photo of a kawasaki GPZ 500 and my IP address was banned from the site last night - I am now afraid of doing the links in future.... :'(

Bigfoot Baird I hope to take a test drive/ride next week just to see. Must say I quite fancy it but need to see how it performs.
