Looks interesting...probably going to be about 20 euro for the pitch I guess if the accomodation is 30 euro...still it looks well worth a visit.

Dromquinna Manor Update

They have opened on Saturday 7th of april. 2012.
I could not find any info from their site for R/V camping, http://dromquinnamanor.com/

so I E,Mailed them today and response was,

Quote " Thank you Tom for your enquiry re RV pitches. At present we have a limited number of pitches. The rate is €30 per night to include water and electricity." End Quote.

I forgot to ask about Dogs I sent another E,Mail with a very quick responce.

Quote" Hi Tom, just to say as much as we love our pets at home in the interest of others we think it best if you don’t bring them with you. Sorry." End Quote. :( :(

Guest Relations
Dromquinna Manor.

I wish them the very best of luck for the future.

Resurrecting a very old thread. But no other hits for this campsite in the search engine.

Has anyone been here recently? The website still makes no mention of RV facilities. I’ve sent an email too as I’m interested in a meeting up with a family member who would be using a tent which may be not be accommodated.

Very prompt response to my email

We have only a small number of motorhome pitches here on the estate, hence the reason we do not have it on our website. It is not possible to pitch your own tent.

For our motorhome guests, the pitches have power and water and our guests have the use of the shower and toilet facilities.

I did also ask whether they take bookings and about access to a kitchen. No response to those bits. I like that they’re fine with bringing our own kayaks.
