Hi All,

What can you do? How to get others to notice that you are driving nearly 3.5 Tonne?

Are there any others who get the small cars who at the last minute dive into your braking space, you hit the high beam, horn or both and you get the stare back of "What did I do" 🇧🇭

:-) I courteously if given the opportunity as LHD, drive alongside - open my window and ask the offender to do same where I kindly explain that what I am driving is 4 times the weight of their piece of tin and that as it takes 4 times the space to stop, if that space is invaded - there is a chance that they may end up considerably squashed up if I cant stop in time. :'(

This approach offers different scenarios -
The Carfly /Offender continues to pretend you are invisible
The Carfly/ Offender gets Aggressive and returns putrid responses - both verbal and gestural  Sometimes the Carfly's passengers join in  :D
The Carfly / Offender pretends to by on the phone
The Carfly/ Offender hits the accelerator with the head down in invisible mode
The Carfly / Offender accepts and apologises  - and you feel like >_<

What can you do? What do you do? 🇧🇭 :o 🇧🇭
Get Brakes of a HGV with a parachute out the back

Do we get a led sign for the front saying
"U invaded my personal space" , or
"J.C. - U Just got Swashed with 3.5 Tonne"

Or perhaps its just that Hessy Hymer has invisible paint on the front?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

We all feel your pain, I have mellowed over the years and expect it to happen , which I think comes from the biker in me looking and expecting danger everywhere. On the other hand swmbo is ready to start ww3 over it

To relieve the boredom around Christmas Day, I found myself on YouTube watching the epic driving fails and noticed how many in car recorders that had captured accidents in Russia. Having been a victim of two no fault claims in October and November I thought I'd see how much they cost. I bought one on ebay for 12.49 and a 32gb SD card for 13.00 and within a mile of fitting it I had to avoid 3 eejits driving out into my path. It also has a motion detection setting and is useful as it activates and records people entering the driveway when the car is parked at the house. It records for 8 hours and then rerecords over the oldest material.
With the amount of useless drivers out there I should soon earn money back getting 250.00 clips for You've Been Framed.

That should be nice with the V8 thumping away nicely in the background

:D :D Unfortunately this weather all you can hear in the background is the heater blower motor.
